I recently pruchased TP link hardware & set it up.

 

1. OC300 Controller - 1 nos.

2. EAP245 - 15 nos.

3. POE TL-SG2210P - 3nos.

 

4. Fortigate Firewall 100E

 

Since the installation is done, my Wi-Fi network is facing frequent disconnection problem whereas my Wired network is working perfectly fine. I have tried all possible troubleshooting to best of my knowledge.

 

Kindly help.

I would enable the signal, rx, and tx coumns in the client list... so you can see what the signal levels are of the wireless clients.

What is the distance between your EAP units? The recommended coverage radius of each indoor EAP is about 15m. If you put them too close they will interfere with each other. 

 

Try change the wireless channel of the EAP to different channels.

 

Also you can try a 5Ghz only SSID, in normal case 5Ghz is more stable than 2.4Ghz
