Model: EAP650-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.4 Build 20230421 Rel. 76150

Hello,

My config is as follows:

OC200

TL-SG3428MP v5.0 ( 5.0.6 Build 20230602 Rel.76586 )

ER7206 v1.0 ( 1.3.0 Build 20230322 Rel.70951 )

3x EAP660 HD(US) v1.0 ( 1.1.1 Build 20220118 Rel. 60852 )

1x EAP650-Outdoor(US) v1.0 ( 1.0.4 Build 20230421 Rel. 76150 ) which keeps disconnecting.

From time to time mentioned AP disconnects, I tested the cable it seems all good. It is connected via a POE port. Sometimes I can bring it back by doing "POE recovery" from config and sometimes not. Sometimes I can get it back by rebooting the switch.

Can somebody help with advice and a solution, it is getting annoying

Thanks in advance

Ivan

  @Loop1

Temporarily bring the AP indoor and connect it directly to the 3428P with a known good short cable.  Does the problem continue to happen?  My expectation is that disconnects cease happening, meaning your cabling or connectoring has issues.
