Can you provide some details about your fiber? What fiber do you use? Specific specs.

So same fiber and module, on the previous switch, SG2452, it works perfectly?

The SFP Modules are TL-SM311LS(UN)

 

When I disconnect this module with fiber cable and connect to older switch TL-SG2452 then I have the connection.

Judging from the log, it could be a weak signal from the fiber. Recommend you try a different set.
