Model: EAP660 HD
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.5

Hello everyone,

We are experiencing an issue with our new EAP660 HD V2 Access Points: When an SSID with a VLAN is set up on these access points, the speed drops to 0.1 Mbps or disconnects immediately.

We only encounter this problem when the VLAN option is enabled on the site in the controller.

With the EAP6702 HD V1, it works flawlessly with the same configuration...

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I would appreciate any help.

Best regards.

  @RLHWVO

Can you try to swap the EAP670 with the EAP660HD?So,please connect the EAP670 to the same location as the EAP660HD to determine if this issue only happen to the EAP660HD unit? I assume that this issue is caused by the missing VLAN configuration on the port that connect the EAP660HD,becuase for the vlan to pass down to the EAP660HD, the port that connect the EAP660HD should contain the particular VLAN. So you'd better check this.

Thank you for your tip, but we have already tried this and the problem only exists with the EAP660 HD V2 (we have 5 of these). We have also tested EAP 660 HD V1, with these it also works without any problems with exactly the same configuration. So it can only be a firmware problem
