I saw today that all devices were disconnected, but is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Hi @Restock_br
Disconnected means the SDN devices lose connection with the controller for more than 5 mins.
How did you log in to the controller? locally or via the cloud?
The software controller you are using is not the latest; you may update it to have a try.
What kind of SDN devices are you using? Are they connected to the same network as the controller?

Network Topology and Issue Description:
My network consists of several schools I serve, with a central management point located at my home. The management is done through a controller installed on my personal computer (at my residence). The access network (Wi-Fi) is made up of several Access Points (APs), which are physically distributed across different locations at the various schools I serve.
Before the update of Omada Cloud Management, everything was functioning normally both on the OC200 (hardware controller) and on the Omada Controller running in a Docker container on my computer. In the previous setup, all the APs were working and connected properly to the controller, allowing remote management and centralized configuration.
However, after the update of Omada Cloud Management, the situation changed. On Saturday, the network was operating normally, with all the APs working without issues. But when I checked again on Monday, I noticed that all the APs were disconnected from the controller. Additionally, I cannot adopt new APs or reconnect the ones that were already configured.
To ensure connectivity between my residence (where the controller is located) and the schools, I use a dynamic DNS service (no-ip) that redirects traffic to my computer via a fixed IP address provided by the service. This service is crucial for remote access to the management devices (APs and controller).

Hi @Restock_br
You mentioned that the issue happened after the firmware update on the controller. Do you remember the previous firmware before the update?
We added some new ports for remote management since certain version. Maybe this is related.
Which ports do Omada SDN Controller and Omada Discovery Utility use?

Hi @Restock_br
What do you mean by site update?
You can access those devices remotely? If yes, you may try to forget one EAP and see if it will display on the device list, and adopt it again.
