Model : Hardware Version : Firmware Version : ISP : My internet connection usually disconnected and the error - please configure your DNS manually appears as in the picture below My ISP said that there is no any problems in my line and the sevise from the providerAll leds in the modem is normal during the connection lostSo I have to reboot the device many times to restore my connectionI have the latest version of softwareEven I tried to apply the DNS numbers manually in the internet configuration and i had to rest the factory settings many times but unfortunately the error occurred

Hi,
Have you tried with any other dns than the ones from your isp? If not, then maybe you could try google public dns.. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Maybe your isp are having some problems their dns-servers.

Ok! Maybe this is a more complicated problem. Your isp said that there was no problems with the line and their service. Have you checked the dsl-statistics in the router? Look if you see anything on any errors. Do you have something under total UAS(Seconds without connection)? Even though they say everything is okay, there must be either a problem with your router or the internet-service. Maybe try with an another router?

try to disable bitswap under network--dsl settings. if no luck, contact tp-link support for further troubleshooting.

call tp-link support and ask for replacement, i think this unit maybe faulty.
