NC450 firmware 2.1 Impossible to connect to WIFI LAN

NC450 firmware 2.1 Impossible to connect to WIFI LAN

Brought NC450 hw version 2.1
-Problem : Impossible connect NC450 to wireless LAN both via PC both via Android
-Status : NC450 is connected via cable to the router
--No cloud account setted since no wireless conenction all failed
Camera is working on LAN BUT no connection to wireless is possible, form camera software i can see wifilans to connect to but once click to connect, it gaves connection error !
--Setted Static IP address with mac address but nothing
--log files some data
-timezone fmt chk failed: np start with GMT
-P2P daemon run failed
--do i have to open port 80 with trigger or opened from external acce in the router ????
