Hello,

I have problem with Archer C1200. When I set Access Point mode then I have only half speed on LAN ports (~500mbit). In Router mode everything is ok, full 1gbit speed. Cables checked and ok.

Another problem is USB Sharing speed. I have only ~12mb/s with USB3.1 flash 200/400 mb/s drive. I try SMB/FTP but can't increase speed :(

Model : Archer C1200

Hardware Version : Archer C1200 v1.0

Firmware Version :1.1.3 Build 20180124 rel.52299 (EU)

ISP : Vodafone fiber 600mb

Hello!
The same happens to me, configured in an access point, the rj45 ports drastically reduce the speed to practically the same (347mb), if I leave it configured as a router if they give 100% of the speed through rj45 (600mb).

The issue that interests me best to have it configured as an access point, but it has this bug that they should fix, they are not teams of € 30 to give it bad support ...

Say that I have two archer c1200 v1 machines and the same thing happens in both.

I hope that they give a quick solution, although I fear that they will happen to us.

I found solution.

Internet port (blue one) is half speed but Ethernet port (green one) can be support 1Gbps.

You should connect all cable to Ethernet port also upstream, in Access Point mode.

I think In Access Point mode, Internet port is same function as Ethernet port.
