Hello everyone, please help me to solve the problem, ip address reservation does not work!

Hello,
Please help me to confirm the following information:
1. Did you set up the Address Reservation via this instruction?

2. Since all of the videos are not able to open, if it is available, please send me the video again, thank you!
3. Please tell me what device did you want to set the address reservation? May I know the IP address of it?
If you want to set up it for your computer, please try to disable your local area connection and enable it again.
If you want to set up it for the wireless devices, please disable the wifi function then enable it again.
4. Please send me the screenshot of your Address Reservation settings, thank you!

Same problem here yesterday (on Windows 10 PC and Android tablet) but somehow today it's working!?? The only remaining issue is that when I select 'scan' it only shows 5 addresses but this is not too much of a problem as it still lets me reserve addresses manually. Thanks for the video btw!

patches have already been released, but only for the AU version, and I have an EU version
bug that the number of address reservation cannot exceed 9.

I confirmed that the patch is available for AU version only yet.
We have reminded our R&D team, any updates, we will let you know immediately.
Besides, as a workaround, you can setup static IP for your devices on their own.
