when i try to connect my cellphone or laptop to the PLC throw wireless, i get that message... "error getting ip address"

i restore by default

i upgrade de firmware

i dont know what more i can do.

could somebody help me?

 

this is the model of my equip: TL-WPA4220(US) VER:1.0

Hi,

 

What's the LED status on both powerline units? 

 

If the powerline LED (house) is not lit, pair them. Here's the video

Connect a PC wired to the big powerline unit and check if internet works.
