Hi

 

I have issues with my Sonos speakers dropping connection. Sonos has helped my diagnose the issues and they are asking me to switch WiFi channel due to interference. I have verified this with WiFi Analyzer for Android. 

 

I do not see an option for changing channels in the app. What to do?

May I know what's the detailed model number of the Sonos speakers?

 

Try the below tips.

1. Turn off 5GHz Wi-Fi

Open Deco app, tap "More" at bottom right corner, then tap on "Wi-Fi" and switch off 5GHz network temporarily. After that, check if the performance will become better.

2. Turn off "Fast Roaming"

Open Deco app, tap "More" at bottom right corner, then go to "Advanced" -> "Fast Roaming" and disable this feature.
