I just purchased a TP-Link TL-WPA4220 KIT AV600, connected the adapter with my router and succesfully paired it with the expender. When I connect to the newly opened TP network, my Epson thermal printer works fine but I can't connect to the internet anymore. I didn't touch any other settings so far - is there anything I have to enable/disable in order to be able to connect to the internet?

Hello, what is the light status of the TL-WPA4220KIT? Please ensure that the powerline (house) light are on. Below is the instruction to pair them.

Please verify whether you can get internet with your computer connected to  the extender and main unit separately. Please check the IP address and default gateway of your device. https://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-838.html

 

Besides, please ensure that you can get internet from the main router with same port/ same cable connected like the main unit.

Hey Kevin, thanks for your help - I just repluged everything anew this morning and and tried pairing and copying the wifi settings again and for some reason, it now works fine, so all solved :)
