Dear All,

the question is very simple: is it possible to use Archer MR200 4G LTE router as WiFi range extender/ repeater? I need a device that can provide me a connectivity between existing LAN and existing WiFi. So can be MR200 configured for such an exercise?

Thanx in advance.

Hello,

Archer MR200 does not support range extender mode and it does not support WDS bridge function, so there is no method to connect it to the existing wireless.

While, if possible, you can connect it to the existing network by wired cable and configure it as wireless router mode.

Good day.

Kevin_Z I have a VR600 and I would like to have a LAN-LAN connection with an existing Fastweb router (Fastgate) but I'm haveing difficulties in setting it as wireless router in cascade. Can you point me out where to find detailed instructions? Tx Mauro
