Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.2.3.32-00_801192_170511_90

Hi,

 

I am running 3 of the TL-PA8010P(AU) V2.0 the firmware version is  2.2.3.32-00_801192_170511_906 is there a newer one?

 

I also have a TL-WPA8630P(AU) V2.0 the firmware version is 2.2.3.32-00_863112_170509_902 is there a newer one?

 

I am experiencing slow speeds of under 50 Mbps for one of the TL-PA8010P(AU) V2.0 devices (see attached photo) this device is only a couple of rooms away in my apartment building, my building isnt old, about 20-30 years old and not a cheap building, so not dodgy wiring i'd say. I want to check I am running all latest firmware if that may help. All devices are plugged directly into the wall, no powerstrips.

Hello,

 

For firmware version, you can check them via tpPLC utility and then you can compare them with the firmware released on official website. 

https://www.tp-link.com/en/home-networking/powerline/

 

The speed on the utility is the powerline link speed which indicates the powerline environment. Cause one of them is lower than 50Mbps, it is suggested to change another socket to plug this unit; meanwhile, you can verify the powerline light on the unit, ensure that it is green.
