Hello,

I have a configuration like in example 2 of https://www.tp-link.com/fr/support/faq/788/

But today, the VLAN are not activated, the 4 hosts are on the same LAN, and the router serves them DHCP.

The router is actually also a Wifi server.

I'd like to activate VLAN exactly as described in the help page https://www.tp-link.com/fr/support/faq/788/

Will the router continue to serve DHCP to the 4 hosts of VLAN2 and VLAN3 ?

All hosts will have, say 192.168.1.x address, correct ?

Host A1 will be able to communicate to any Wifi Connected device, but not with host B2, correct ?

Did I understand correctly ? Or could you help with a few hints ?

Thanks for your help,

Jerome

Yes, exactly.

All hosts will have, say 192.168.1.x address, correct ?  It is determined by your router. If the router provide 192.168.1.x IP range, ans is yes.

Good day!
