Installation is to a garage some 30m away from the house via a separate feed from the meter i.e. it's got its own consumer unit nothing to do with the house but on the same meter feed. Stable connection at 135Mb/s but would not work on spur sockets to the ring mains (3 rings in total after two extensions) nor would it work on the original ring with some aluminium cable in it. Hope this might help others
