Hi,

The powerline led went off means that you need re-pair them. Below is the instruction:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/258/

Meanwhile, cause the middle light will go off, it is suggested to change another socket to plug it; or you can move them into the same room first to test the stability.

Besides, you can disable the power saving mode as the instruction below:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2018/

Here is the download link of the tpPLC utility: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/tl-pa4010p-kit/#Utility

May it help and have a nice day.

Hi,

What is the current light status of the adapters now? Can you get internet from it?

Meanwhile, the speed on the utility is not the actual speed, instead, it is the powerline link rate which indicates the current power line environment.

Cause it is 56Mbps, it is suggested to change another wall sockets to plug them to give it a go.

May it help and have a nice day.
