tpPLC fails to start on windows 7
Hi,
On my Windows 7 I installed tpPLC utility v 2.2.3149.12 and it fails to start. My model is not TL-PA9020P_KIT but TL-PA9025P_KIT.
I restarted my computer, installed a previous version of Winpcap, remove the RJ45 without success.
Thanks for your help

Hi,
The tpPLC utility is universal compatible with the powerline adapters.

Is there any error message if you cannot install it on Windows 7 laptop? Please show us a screenshot.
Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.

Hi,
After installed flash for IE (activeX) it's working.
May be you need to add this tool as prerequisites in your download page

Try to uninstall it first.
And then please disable the antivirus and firewall on the Windows 7.
After that, try to reinstall it and verify whether it works.
Good day.

Thanks for your reply, while we have not recieved such feedback and the customer who has the same version as you does not have the same issue.
From the error message, it seems that it is more related to the computer itself.
Try to change another Windows 7 computer or other OS version to install the tpPLC utility and verify whether it works.
Besides, try to update the OS version of the Windows 7 compputer and restart it.
May it help.
