TP-LInk Wi-Fi and Apple incompatability?

Hardware Version : V5
Firmware Version :
ISP : Selves
Hi we are an ISP with thousands of customers and have sold thousands of TP-Link routers, such as the W8951ND.
A very common problem is that Apple devices, especially iPhones, either cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network or if they are connected they cannot browse.
Is there a known compatability issue between TP-Link routers and Apple devices?

Hi.
What is the security type of the Wi-Fi network? WEP or WPA?
Changing wireless channel on the modem will also help to set up the wireless connection.

There's always an error with Apple devices .. I have a mac book pro too and it took me a while to get it connected through diagnostics and assistant. I don't know why it's not easy connected as other wifi routers?
Can that be fixed in the future in firmware upgrades?

Hi.
I find a beta firmware for TD-W8951ND_ V5 on TP-LINK website. Maybe you can upgrade it for a try.
Here is the download link of beta firmware: http://www.tp-link.com/resources/software/TD-W8951ND_V5_Beta_130705.zip
