Hi,

Do you mean that  you cannot get internet from the MR6400 even though it is connected? Please provide more information.

What is the light status of it at that time?

Who is the sim card carrier?

Good day.

i  can get internet  ok , just  it seems to use it through the night when i check my usage  at  differant hours when  router is  switched off ,  it is normally connected from about 5pm to 10;30 pm daily , time is correct on router  as i did think was on a differant time zone , router is switched off at mains all through the day ihave contacted my data company who said to contact  tp-link as router is not  their company product , lights work as should when switched on  , but go off when disconnected at mains , vodafone is the carrier , router is connected to a desktop computer via ethernet cable  and is also switched off at nights , i just cant understand why it uses data at stupid o clock times

Hi,

May I know how did you know that it seems to use data twhen router is switched off?

With the sim card inserted into the MR6400, you can check the traffic volume left before you power it off, once it is turned on, you can confirm the value of the traffic data. If possible, please show us 2 pictures of them to have a comparison test.

Nice day.

Hi,

If you use the sim card to get internet. you can contact sim carrier to verify the traffic data left.
