Do you mean the wifi network is detected while cannot be connected by your PC? Could you please provide more information?

 

Are you able to connect your computer to the router by wired cable and access internet?

There is nothing included on the video, for some reason, I failed to play it, it is just a black screen.

 

Could you please re-send a short video or send some pictures of the current issue?
