Model: TL-MR6400
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Since enambling parental control I can no longer access the router (page not found). I tried to save the bin file but the browser crashed. Since then I can't get in unless I do a hardware reset. I have 168 as an authorised site. Do I need to change this to 192.168.8.1?

Thanks,

@JaceNZ

With your computer or cellphone put into the parental control list, try to change another device to access the web UI of the TL-MR6400. You can reference https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1678/

Note: You can use both 192.168.1.1 or tplinkmodem.net to give it a go.

Besides, you can change another device or web browser to have a try.

Still the same, please click here to check the IP and gateway of your device used to access the web UI and show us a screenshot of the error message.
