Problem with MR3420 3g/4g Router + M7350 Mifi
I'm having problems with the above hardware.
The router works perfectly when the M7350 is plugged into the USB slot.
Unfortunately the USB port doesn't supply enough power to keep the M7350 charged.
So rather than sending the MR3420 back I will supply the M7350 with it's own power and then use the MR3420 as a bridge.
The M7350 only allows 10 users so I will need the MR3420 to be the DHCP server too.
I've tried various ways to do this with WDS DHCP Relay etc but the routers then becomes un-accessible.
Can someone give me a detailed step by step (the right order to set them up)?

The TL-MR3420 does not support WDS function, and it cannot be connected to the M7350 by wireless.
Meanwhile, it supports DHCP server only in regular router mode.
If you want to use the MR3420, you can order a 3/4G dongle and plug it into the USB port to get internet.
You can reference the compatibility list: https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/tl-mr3420/#Compatibility

I'll need to use a USB extention for a better signal.
Which model would you recommend?
Or do you think it would be easier if I just got a router with a sim slot like the MR6400?

You can reference the compatibility list attached in my last reply to get a suitable USB dongle.
Go get a router with sim card slot will be another choice. And we only need ensure that the network type of the sim card compatible with the router.
