The router keeps disconnecting from 4G, sometimes it stays connected for 2 days, other times 5 minutes, it has become totally erratic. How can I stop this , looking on the net I need to set to connect on demand with zero minutes so that it always on- but I can not see how to do this on the router menu.

 

This is important as I need the internet to stay connected always as I use it to control IP cameras when the house is unoocupied.

What is the light status of the MR200 when the connection drops out? 

 

At that time(MR200 stops working), please login to the web UI and take a snapshot of the status page and export  to us; and please go to advanced-system tools-system log, save log and send it to us. 

 

Meanwhile, please insert the sim card into the smart phone and take some time to test its stability. 

 

Besides, please tell us the current hardware and firmware version.
