Anybody had trouble reconnecting there smart plugs after changing WiFi provider, since we changed to sky I cannot get them to connect no matter what I try??? Please help!

Once we changed the WiFi provider, we need reconfigure the smart plug to make it work.

 

1. First, ensure that the wifi light is flashing amber and green; if not, you can reset it: with the plug powered on, hold the settings button for 10s.

 

2. Then you can follow the instruction below to configure it:
