Connected phone, done a speed test ( 40mbs, wireless, which I can live with ) but weird thing was after about an hour i lost connection and for the life of me couldn't get it connected again  still can't . @Derek75

What is the model number of the powerline adapters?

What is the led status of the powerline adapters when you lost connection? Especially the powerline led which looks like a little house.

At that time, can you get internet from the virgin 3.0 hub by ethernet cable?

Besides, please use the tpPLC utility to verify the powerline link rate between them.
