I have a AV600 (TL-PA4020P), Pair ok, I can connect to the internet when connecting via ethernet cable so that shows the electricl system is ok with the two devices, very good speed.

I cannot however get a wifi signal from the device, when I put a wifi tester near it there is no signal

I downloaded the tp link utility software, the software does not show the devices when i connect t one of them via ethernet.

Any ideas?

The TL-PA4020P does not support wireless function; instead, the model starts with TL-WPAxxx supports;

Except the TL-PA4020P, do you have any other powerline adpater?
