Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.6.0.0.9.1 v0001.0 build 181022 rel 40644n

I have tl mr 6400 and insert with GSM providers (telkomsel) but it seem unstable.fast to disconnected after connected N when diagnose, Internet connection is disconnected but diagnose report say it connected

What is the light status of the TL-MR6400 when it lost connection? 

 

At that time, please login to the web interface of MR6400 and send us a screenshot of the advanced-status page.

 

Meanwhile, please go to advanced-system tools-system log page, click save and export the txt file to us. 

 

Below are some suggestions you can give it a go as well:

1. Ensure that the firmware is up to date. 

2. Create the connection profile manually with APN information. 

3. Customize the wireless settings, like wireless channel and channel width.

1. about light status, i cant see my router because it at top

that all info i can give, i hove that cant help me to fix that problem.

 

before using this router, im use another brand router (mifi model) it working perfecly.

Thanks for your reply.  There is a beta firmware you can try to install and test its performance.

firmware cant be update using that beta firmware

It seems that the country version is different, please try to install another one, and then verify whether it works.

for duration 1 hour, no drop connection from router. it much improve or better than before.

but i'll report again for longer duration, maybe 6 or 12 hour from now.
