Hello everyone,,

Modems E160, E220, E230, Two SIM from Two ISP. Modems and SIM tested with PC.
Two TL-MR4320.affordable seo for small business
The lights in the modems light up blue and the devices tell that everything is OK.
Still no connection to network.

This is in Finland, EU.

I was in contact with Cassie in Chat and went through a long check
The Huawei modems E160 and E220 are mentioned in the packet.
We tried to install an older firmware, but the device didn't accept it.
Cassie told me that the case will be taken on table.

@Wanheda

As you can see, the current modems are not included on the compatibility list, which we cannot ensure that they will work together.

While we can do some troubleshooting and verify whether we can fix it.

1. Please ensure that you can get internet with the modem plugged into the computer directly.

2. Please plug the modem into the USB port of the TL-MR3420 and login to the web UI of it.

3. Then try to create the connection profile manually with the APN information.

If still the same, please show us a screenshot of the status page.

Good day.
