@GabrielM

Have you ever tried  to clear the browser cache yet? If not, please  give it a go.

Besides, try to open a New incognito window/private Window and test whether it works as expected.

Where did you buy it? What is the country version of the router? You can find it on the label of the router.

Best regards.

Dude I'm a computer science graduate, I'm a developer, you're not dealing with a layman, the problem is in the firmware, which is full of bugs.

Please review the community guidelines:  https://community.tp-link.com/us/news/19.  We require all users in our forums to act in a respectable manner to their fellow users and to the admins.  We understand you are frustrated at what you believe are bugs in the system however, we will not tollerate being disrespectful to other users or admins.  All of the questions being asked are used to create a full spectrum report to our engineering teams.  While you may think that they have no place or possibly even insulting there is good reason for them.  The more we ask now the less we have to come back and ask later.

Once @Kevin_Z has all of the infromation he needs this report will be given to our eningeers, if it hasn't already.

Thank you

@Carl

Let's talk about disrespect?  Disrespect is an attendant wanting to confront someone who has a degree in computer science, disrespect and TP-Link distribute a harmful firmware and not respect the laws of Brazil, I'm confronting this company in court.

I also noticed that after updating to new 1.0.11 Build 20190726 rel.57101 firmware, the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz LEDs stopped working... Does anybody experienced the same problem?

Both connections works fine but the LEDs indications are all time off...

Like I mentioned on https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/170160?page=2 , it is NOT a bug. It is to create the one mesh wifi network.

Besides, you can read this article: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/170160?page=2

@AFelippe

Try to disable and re-enable wifi function and power cycle it.

Besides, you can hard reset the router by holding the reset button/hole.

Good day.

@GabrielM

Muchas gracias,

Fernando

@Kevin_Z @Carl Hi guys, since this firmware have a few bugs. Can you confirm that a new version is coming? If so can we have an estimate time please?

Im asking this because right now i have 1.0.4 Build 20180425 rel. 72768 (5553) and the Wired/Wireless Clients is all messed up. Under the status tab right now im seeing 4 Wired and 6 Wireless, i press the status tab again to refresh and it showing 3 Wired and 6 Wireless i press again and now it shows 4 and 5 and i can keep doing this and everything is like random. After this router i have an Linksys E1200 configured manually as an AP (LAN to LAN), and a WR941HP in AP mode (LAN to WAN), so i have devices connected everywhere but i should be able to see everything fine in the C7 and i dont. Also i will really like to be able to rename devices to know which is which and i think this will be a quality of life update. I can do address reservation and rename myself BUT the only place that i see the name i renamed to is under the address reservation tab and NOT under the Status page and not under the traffic monitor tab (in this last case is even worse because it only shows IP and MAC). So lets say i see a few devices under traffic monitor using alot of bandwidth and want to know which are i have to remember those ips, go to the DHCP address reservation tab and look up for those ips. I know is something "minor" but also, and excuse my language here, is pretty stupid to have to do that since is pretty easy to fix imo.

Also this firmware doesnt have QoS by application, maybe the new one have it but im not updating since im seeing bad reviews.

Thanks!
