Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Deco E4R, Build 1.01, Rev 72282

I recently bought deco E4 with 3 pack system. As per the spec below features are not working. Do u know how can I fix it?

 

1. I do not see 5Ghz network neither option in deco app to disables/enable 

2. Mesh is not working consistently,. I loose signal and seems satellite deco are not working .

The Deco E4R does not support this feature to spare 2.4GHz and 5GHz. They use the same network name and no button to enable/disable each of them. 

 

What do you mean by mesh does not work properly? Could you please provide more information, including but not listed:

1. The current network diagram.

2. Any specific symptoms that indicates mesh network stops working.

3. The led status of Deco units at that time, and whether you can get internet from Deco by wired cable?

@Kevin_Z I got the same problem but on this latest firmware changelog it says 1. Added individual switches on both 2.4G and 5G networks. And I want to downgrade to that firmware since INDONESIA OFFICIAL SITE UPLOAD stupid buggy firmware and now they deleted it and I cant downgrade the firmware thru web UI.

 

Before: 1.1.0 Build 20190823 Rel. 43466 Global Version

Now: 1.1.0 Build 20190910 Rel. 66772 ID Version

 

NOW THEY DELETED THAT FIRMWARE which was uploaded on INDONESIA OFFICIAL SITE right after I complained to the support.
