Factory Reset doesn't work - Wifi Clone without function

Model: TL-WPA4530 KIT

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: ?

I can't find my powerline-adpater with the powerline scan tool. A second similar adapter functions correct.

The LED for power, LAN an WLAN are constantly on - no blinkin.

The factory reset funktions is not working. No reaction if I push the reset button.

The powerline contact with my TL-PA4020P works without problems.

Who can help?

What is the led status of the powerline adapters? Especially the powerline led.

Except the powerline scan utility, try to use the tpPLC utility instead.

Besides, try to change another socket to plug it and then reset it by holding the reset button/hole.
