Hello,
I have a problem with the management of TP-PA4010.

I have a network with 7 TL-PA4010 connected to a hub that serves some AV600.
Each TP-PA4010, serves an area with multiple AV600.
My idea is to connect users via wireless, zones not connected to internet.
As in this document, I can add 16 extenders to every TP-PA4010, but I have some problems.

As in the picture, I would like to add a new AV600, but whe I try to do it, is gived me an error. PA4010 and AV600 are on the same electrical circuit and I cannot add other AV600.
Furthermore, the other AV600s are not seen as wireless objects, but as TP4010.

What can I do?

Best regards and good day,

Sergio

@it_sergio

Per we discussed on another thread, please draw a picture of the current network topology and show us.

Besides, how do you add the extra AV600?

Have you ever tried to reset it or use the powerline key to add it via the tpPLC utility?

Note: Please make sure that they are in the same room and plugged into the wall sockets directly before you pair them.

Good day.
