my Now TV Stick remote control stops working when I turn on the Powerline TL-WPA4221 kit,but it works perfectly when I turn off the powerline

Hello, what is the led status of the TL-WPA4220? And what is the current network diagram/topology? How do you connect the TV and the TL-WPA4220 and other devices? 

 

Is there any error message if the remote control stops working? Meanwhile, does it work locally at the same time? 

 

Besides, it is recommended to contact the tech support of the Now TV stick to get some help cause they are more professional about their products.
