Where can i found modem config file(zte mf833v) for mr3220 router?

You can contact the tech support of ZTE modem to verify where you can get the config file.

 

Besides, as my knowledge, the USB dongle should be plug and play, and if it does not work, you can create the connection profile manually with the APN info. 

 

You can contact the SIM card carrier to get the APN info.
