Hello,

I just bought the AV1300 TL-WPA8635P KIT powerline adapter.

I correctly configured the network, successfully paired the devices and can browse internet from the network from my phone, and my computer.

However, I just tried with my other laptop, and all my roommates devices, and it can't connect. It is blocked at "Receiving the IP address", or it is connected but it says "No Internet".

Do you have an idea how I can solve this problem?

Thanks,
Boris

@bnoes

Have you ever tried to forget the network and reconnect to the TP-Link wifi? Below is an example on Windows 10.

Besides, try to customize the wireless settings of the powerline adapters and update the firmware.

In the meantime, you can update the software of these devices to give it a shot.

May it help and have a good day.
