I just bought a new tl-mr3420 router and everything seems to be working perfect but is not connecting to the internet on a 3G dongle modem.
The dongle product is VIVO made in china, model no. MF710 hsdpa reverse image search  email checker  port checker
please any help will be appreciated. Thanks all

Please verify whether this dongle is listed on the compatibility list based on country. 

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/3g-comp-list.html?model=TL-MR3420&hdVer=V5&location=1144

 

If it is not there, try to create the connection profile manually with the APN info given by SIM card carrier. 

 

Go to advanced-network-internet page, and click 3/4G modem settings to add it manually.
