Hi all,

needed some help please.

tried to look on the help pages but have had no luck.

I have setup the powerline adapter and extender.

copied my router wifi setting as per instructions.

pressing the wps button and then the wifi button on the extender

but still have very low wfif on the router wifi name,  but it is showing me the tp-link wifi with full coverage.

and my router wifi as low coverage.

is this right?

if I have copied my router wifi settings. why am I still seeing the tp-link wifi defult name with full bars on the wifi list, on my devices.

should I still be seeing this in the wifi list on my devices.

sorry, if this is a silly questions. I may have missed something right infront of me.

many thanks

Hello, once you copied main router's wireless settings, you won't see the TP-Link network name any more.

You can follow the instruction below to customize the wireless settings of the powerline adpaters.

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1611/

You can change them to the same as the main router's wireless and then verify whether it works properly.

Good day.
