Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: V2_170719

I just purchased VR400 for my new VDSL connection its a strong router but I have a small problem with 2.4Ghz wifi

My phone is Infinix Zero 4 (non plus) Android 7.0 and no updates are out for me to download

Whenever I try to connect to VR400 wireless the phone instantly crash and go on a reboot loop and its only with VR400 other routers are ok with my phone

I tried turning off 5Ghz wifi - factory reset (phone and router) - changing channel and MHz - disable security - running the phone in safe mode - deleting all apps 

None of that works

It works fine for my laptop tho

Hello, is there any specific symptom of the reboot loop issue of your smart phone?

 

What is the OS version of it? 

 

Does the cellphone support 5GHz? Does it have the same issue with it connected to the 5GHz of the Archer VR400.

 

Please ensure that the firmware of the VR400 is up to date; try to forget the network on  the smart phone and reconnect to it.
