Just an update for those having similar issues. I got the suggestion from Tp-link support to set the router setting to ”3g-only” for troubleshooting to see if it made any difference. With this setting the router works, streaming or surfing with all my devices including the samsung s10. Not really a solution, the speed is suffering since I normally do have good 4g coverage.. but at least it works until a real fix is found.

@Karl-R

Yes it works, but it's still a faulty product. I also tried turning 5G wifi of and only having the 2.4GHz wifi on and vice versa,in the hopes it would be some sort of radio interference but no luck.

I will be looking to return the router next week and replacing it with a different product.

How ever, it is interesting that almost everyone that has this issue also has tele2. Although I have a hard time seeing that the ISP would be the issue. The only thing I can think about in that case is radio interface as stated above.

Update:

With the router in 3G mode all my devices connect to the internet. I can then switch back to 4G without problem.

Not the perfect solution but still!

@KnutP

You are my hero!!! Changing the settings to 3g worked perfectly. I haven't tried changing it back to 4g, but I am so happy to be able to cast again!!!

Thank you 🥳🥳🥳

Hi all,

You can change the connection type to 3G only to test whether it works.

Besides, in the past few days, we have been working on it and released a beta firmware for it. If the change of connection type does not work, just let me know and then we can try  to install the beta firmware to give it a go.

Best regards.

@Kevin_Z Hello, I am new here. Found it by search because of problem with MR400.

I changed my provider from "Hallon" to "Comhem" and got this problem now that my android devices only get download and no upload (internet does not work).

With provider Hallon they all worked now only my computers work but not my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ or my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6.

When changing to only 3G they work?

Please help us solve this!

Best regards

Joakim Rendlert

@JRendlert

Hello, you can change it to 3G only to test whether it works.

Otherwise, per I mentioned above, we have released a beta firmware which you can install and test whether it works.

Best regards.

@Kevin_Z Hello, it works on 3G. Very strange it worked with my other providers sim card on 4G.

Where can I get the beta firmware to test?

Thanks!
