error 403 when turn on SPI

hime use than this product TD-W8951ND V5
me for use hosting have to use "NAT"
and some body take 403 forbidden error and no internet conection- internet block
and have to restart modem with "Current Settings" or "on/off" button
after 10 minuts againe me take 403 forbidden error
first me think this error is from ISP
but
when Enable "SPI" from Firewall tab
all error after restart deleted
but me can not use NAT
(WARNING: If you enabled SPI, all traffics initiated from WAN would be blocked, including DMZ, Virtual Server, and ACL WAN side.)
and my host dont work but me have internet
me think problem is from Firmware
can help me how me can both internet & NAT with disable SPI?

ok. when we enable SPI access from outside to the local network get block and every thing work ok
but
me say: my client is a web server. my site is on this client. http://thaco.ir/
my client is a vmWare machin taht install direct admin on it
with this senario: when me enable SPI, this means my NAT dont work and this means my server down
is correct when me enable SPI, my client still have internet, but important is server work, so me have to off SPI & when off SPI, me take error 403
me think error is from framework
when me take error 403, The modem internet light is on, and me think modem block my access, because me have ping in that time
