Hardware Version: V8
Firmware Version: not sure

hi all

i installed catalina yesterday and promptly lost ethernet connection via my SG1005D splitter.  Is there a software update or solution to this.  I have tried the usual network, delete, reinstall, licence refresh etc

What is the model number of your device? Is it TL-SG1005D？ 

 

TL-SG1005D is an unmanaged switch, which is plug and play and no configuration needed. 

 

What is the current network diagram?
