My router had a working 4G service previously until this morning. I discovered 4G was not available and found the error message, Router cannot detected SIM card. 

 

I double-checked my Profile which was available. i re-inserted the SIM card and re-booted many time but to no avail. 

 

I bought my router from Singapore. 

 

 

 

Archer MR400 

hardware version = v1.1

firmware version = 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 180326 Rel.34398

 

TPG APN Settings (ISP Setting):

  • Name: TPG
  • APN: TPG
  • Everything else is left blank

With sim card inserted into the smart phone directly, does it work properly? 

 

Meanwhile, try to update the firmware to the latest one and hard reset the router to give it a shot.

I bought the router in Singapore. When i inserted SIM cards, they work well in Mobile Phones. 

 

After clicking the link, i could only find V2 and V3 which there is not firmware update.

I see, it redirects to the local official website where the latest firmware has not been uploaded.
