Hello,

 

i have setup VR600v behind another modem/router and put the VOIP SIP settings into the VR600v but after spinning wheel it shows x under status. I have tried multiple SIP accounts and none will register despite working when I set them up in a sip app on my iPad.

 

I hear a dial tone regardless of whether the modem is connected to the internet but if I try and dial a number it gives a continuos tone sound.

What is the current network diagram and what is the led status of the Archer VR600v? 

 

May I know who is your internet service provider?
