Hi my archer mr 600 worked once perfectly with my vodafone sim and then wasn't able to detect the card anymore I tried different cards and adaptator nothing works ? Any idea before I'm sending it back? Cheers

What is the network type of the sim card? 

 

With sim card inserted into the slot, please tell us the led staus of the Archer MR600.

 

And please login to the web UI of the MR600 and show us a screenshot of the status page.

 

Try to hard reset the router and ensure that the firmware is up to date.

 

Any updates, please let us know.

I tried with Vodafone and virgin mobile both nano sim tried with different adaptator, the router worked for a day and then stopped.

Now only the WiFi signal and the power light are on. 

In the interface no SIM card detected. 

I reset with the hard button several times it didn't work.
 

I will send screen shot tonight

Do you have the Archer MR600 which has the same issue? Have you ever tried to do some troubleshooting so far? Like change another sim card, hard reset or reboot it or so?

 

Please show us a screenshot of the advanced-status page and basic-network map page of the MR600.

 

When and where did you buy it?

 

You can show us the serial number of the a copy of the proof of purchase via direct message privately.
