I just bought a AV 600 powerling wif fi extender tl-wpa4220.

 

The WIFI cloning process through WPS is succesful : there is a succesful message through my router access page and the login access of the device I see that the SSID name and passwords are copied.

 

However, if I connect a device wireless or through ethernet on the adaptor, there is no internet connexion... Indeed, the adaptor does not show on the list of devices connected to the router... But the cloning WAS successful and there is no other step indicated in the setup guide. What have I to do ?

Please ensure that the powerline led comes on, which looks like the house. 

 

And the main adapter need connect to the main router by wired cable. 

 

You can hard reset the TL-WPA4220 by holding the reset hole for 10s; and then you can repair them by holding the pair button for 1s. 

 

For the wireless settings, you can use the utility to change them manually.

@Kevin_Z Do u need to do the wps step with an ethernet cable connected?

Nope, we do not need WPS button then. We can login to the web UI via the tpPLC utility and customize the wireless settings.
