TL-MR6400 - ExpressVPN

Hi,
I have spoken to ExpressVPN and they can not advise how to install onto this router, can anyone help please?

For your information, the TL-MR6400 supports PPTP VPN, IPSec VPN , OpenVPN server, and we have corresponding instructions to set them up.
While for the third party VPN, I'm afraid that we do not know how to set it up.
Or you can provide more information about the current network diagram and then we can try our best to help you.

Thanks for your quick response I'm very grateful, if you can provide me the instructions on setting up the VPN I would be grateful.
I am only using it in a basic home environment with the most simplistic type of connection.
I'm talking to express VPN I was most surprised they couldn't help me set it up after I gave them many screenshots to show exactly what you said, I'm wondering whether I happened to stumble upon an incompetent support agent!
I will read and study your email when I receive it with your instructions and see if I can solve it that way if not I will go back to express VPN and try again.

@lammyboy On speaking to ExpressVPN again, they can not give me an IP address to enter in the PPTP VPN section but said that if I can get their serer IP I could "try" and put that in there ( its 104.194.220.225) so I did but I get an 86515 error (https://www.screencast.com/t/U2N3OgPgk that says this)
any help would be appreciated

Hello Chris, sorry to tell you that we are not familiar with the express VPN and there is not much we can do to help you to set it up.
