Can't reach to certain website

AC-750
I try to browse to certain websites (example: dividendinvestor.com) but get timeout.
I can browse to most other websites.
I managed to browse to this site with other device, with the same SIM card
changins DNS in my computer didn't work.
any thoughts?

What is the model number of the AC750? It starts with Archer.
With computer connected to the router, try to ping the website which cannot be accessed and show us the ping results.
Try to connect your computer to the modem directly to verify whether you can access the certain website.
If it works, you can connect the computer back to the TP-Link router by wired cable and login to the web UI to clone the MAC address.

The model is Archer MR200
This is a router+modem, not just a router, and the connection isn't sccessful using wired cable as well.

Try to change another web browser or device to access the specific website and verify whether it works.
In the meantime, please connect your computer to the modem or insert the SIM card into your cellphone to access the same websites.
Please ensure that there is no parental control settings, and no VPN connection.
Besides, you can change the DNS sevrer on the MR200 or modify the MTU size on your computer.

Hi,
After few tests we made, our conclusion is that there's a problem with the cellular network. When we defined a different APN we were able to reach this site.
