Hi

 

We have had two AV600 working a treat in the house.  Earlier today they both lost wifi and hardwired connections.  I have restarted the router,  re-paired but to no avail.  It seems to have failed after we connected a Nintendo Switch to one of the AV600.

 

Any idea?

Hi, yes all working since I swapped the ethernet cable.

Hello Mark, what is the current led status of the AV600? Please confirm its model number as well, it starts with TL-WPAXX. 

 

Please unplug the main adapter from the router, and connect your computer to the same LAN port to test whether you can get internet directly. 

 

You can change another ethernet cable and try to re-pair them via tpPLC utility.

Thanks for the suggested, it was a kinked ethernet cable.  Swapped out and all ok.  Sometimes it's the simply things🤣
