hello, my powerline adapter AV600 suddenly loses connection. It workt fine for 3 months. Now my wifi still get lost. What to do?

Hello, we have some AV600 products, please tell us the model number of yours. You can find it on the back panel of the actual device.
Please help us to confirm the information below so that we can locate this issue and try to fix it.
1. What is the light status of the powerline adapter when the connection drops out? Please click here to check the IP address and default gateway with your device connected to the powerline adapter.
2. At the same time, can you get internet from the main router by wired cable?
3. Have you ever tried to change another wall socket to plug them and verify whether it works? Or you can plug them into the same room and test the stability.
4. Besides, please ensure that the firmware is up to date.
5. You can refer to the instruction below to narrow down the root cause also.
